Chicago's Civilian Office of Police Accountability released videos showing the fatal shooting of 13-year-old Adam Toledo.

The officer who fired the fatal shots was identified as Kim Potter, a 26-year veteran of the department and the police union president.
In body camera footage of the incident, an officer can be heard saying, "Taser, Taser Taser! Oh shit, I just shot him."

The suspect, who police believe was an employee of the business, also shot and injured a state trooper before being arrested, authorities said.
