Microsoft's New Surface Tablet

Microsoft is building their own tablet. It's called Surface. And it has a stand built into it! Eat it, iPad.

Calling it a "stage for Windows," the Surface tablet is really thin — thinner than the iPad — at 9.3mm thick. With a 10.6-inch screen and a magnesium frame it's 1.5 pounds. And there's a stand built into it!

And you can write on it. The Microsoft tablet vision lives.

Lots of talk about the Vapormg case. It takes 152 steps to make, and is molded from melted liquid metal.
