Shia LaBeof has tweeted photos of a cease and desist letter, allegedly sent to his lawyer from Michael J. Kump, who appears to be the legal representative of Daniel Clowes.

The letter is in regard to the ongoing plagiarism dispute between LaBeouf and Clowes.
LaBeouf seemingly copied Clowes' comic Justin M. Damiano for his short film HowardCantour.com. When the alleged plagiarism created a Twitterstorm, LaBeouf then tweeted a series of bizarre, plagiarized apologies on Twitter, as well as an apology written over the skies of Los Angeles (Clowes actually lives in the Bay Area of California.)
The cease and desist letter is in response to LaBeouf's tweet about his storyboard for his new short story "Daniel Boring" — which is another well-known story by Clowes.

Kump describes the storyboard as "another direct rip-off" and has demanded LeBeouf "cease and desist from any further acts of copyright infringement."
Kump also goes on to tell LaBeouf's lawyer that he is "seriously out of control" and frequently uses words such as "outlandish" and "malicious" to describe LaBeouf's behavior.
He also revealed Clowe's camp has been waiting since Dec. 27 to hear how LaBeouf will "redress his wrongs" and "make right" what he's done, other than writing an apology in the sky which he says "exposed Mr. Clowes to further ridicule."
