Early voting is sharply down from 2008 and even the 2010 midterms — a mark of low interest in the Republican primary, and a troubling sign for Republicans in November. The figures come from an informal canvass of county figures by the Ohio Secretary of State, according to spokeswoman Maggie Ostrowski.
