It's not just Muslims and Islamofascists that want to kill you. There are internal terrorists who don't like the way you perform abortions, or the way you talk about George Bush on the radio, or even the fact that you are having too much sex. Unfortunately, this makes the War on Terror more confusing, so it's a lot easier to just blame it on the foreigners.
