The First Time In American History A Congressman Vined His Vote

Well that was different.

Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., took some time off from etching self-portraits to vote on the House floor Tuesday.

But it was not just ANY old vote... it was the FIRST EVER VINE VOTE!

This was also his first Vine ever!

The House has no set rules for using Vine specifically:
