3. A dictator

During a sequester press conference, Obama said, "I am not a dictator. I’m the President. So, ultimately, if Mitch McConnell or John Boehner say, we need to go to catch a plane, I can't have Secret Service block the doorway, right?" The president was responding to a question about having Congressional leaders come to the White House to work out a deal on the mandatory federal budget cuts.
