Recently, the patrons of the JR Kofu City Park in Yamanashi Prefecture discovered that someone vandalized their pond turtles. The shells of ten Red Eared Sliders now say "Kamedesu" in white paint. I'm told this means "I am a turtle" in Japanese. Poor turtles. At least they don't say "kick me."

Turtle Frustrated by Apple
There are two reasons why I posted this. The first is strictly educational. Snappers enjoy apples. Now you know.
