Not since a tragic accident in 2003 at the Mirage in Las Vegas, have magicians Siegfried & Roy performed on stage. The duo is set to make one final appearance (according to their website) on February 28, at The Bellagio in Vegas for the Lou Ruvo Brain Institute - Keep Memory Alive Foundation!

Christian escape artist Kristen Johnson has performed the Water Torture Cell escape 599 times without a problem. During the halftime of a Oklahoma City Thunder Game, Johnson had a hypoxic seizure causing her to lose consciousness having to be pulled out from the sealed and locked cell.

Seismic activity at Alaska's Mount Redoubt, located in the Southeastern part of the State has increased significantly according to the Alaska Volcano Observatory. The 10,197-foot peak is located about 100 miles southwest of Anchorage, Alaska's most populous city. The volcano last erupted in December, 1989.
