Erik Martin is Electron Boy

The City of Seattle was in trouble the other day - and who did Spiderman turn to? Electron Boy!!! EB defeated the evil Dr. Dark and Blackout Boy, and saved the city. This elaborate, citywide stunt was put together by the Make A Wish Foundation to grant Erik Martin, who is living with kidney cancer, his dream of being a superhero.

Prahlad Jani - 70 Years Without Food Or Water!

Holyman Prahlad Jani claims to have spent the last seven decades without food or water. He claims to have been blessed by a goddess at the age of 8 which allowed him to survive. He is currently under observation by doctors hoping to help soldiers in the field survive over long periods of time w/out water and food.

Boobquake!

Purdue student Jennifer McCreight has an issue with a cleric's theory that scantily dressed women can cause natural disasters. So she had created Boobquake Day on April 26, where women can dress immodestly to see if that really can cause an earthquake. Over 80,000 people signed up to take part in the event!

Atari 2600Air Raid Game Sells for $31,600!

Tanner Sandlin had read on CNN.com that an original Air Raid game (in original packaging) for the Atari 2600 might sell for a nice price online. So found the one he owned in his garage starting the auction at $.50. The combat style game sold for $31,600! I wonder how much my Texas Chainsaw Massacre game will go for?

Shrek Scandal!

Dreamworks is apologizing for the lack of discretion in allowing VMAN magazine to use Shrek characters in a racy fashion photo layout. Dreamworks says the magazine did not use the characters as expected!
