Christina Applegate Engaged?

I don’t want to be starting any rumours, but it’s kind of difficult not to notice the honking ring Christina Applegate is rocking. She is seen here shopping with her boyfriend at the American Girl Place in Los Angeles. Regardless of whether she is I hope she is happy and healthy because this extremely talented lady deserves it. I still can’t believe Samantha Who? got cancelled. It was a great show. Did you watch? She is the voice of Brittany in Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squealquel and has also just wrapped up a romantic comedy called Going The Distance which also stars Justin Long, Drew Barrymore and Ron Livingston. 'Couples Retreat' Premieres in Germany

It’s called ‘All Inclusive’ for this premiere but we know it as Couples Retreat with Vince Vaughan, Malin Ackerman, Jason Bateman, Mitra Nandini, Amanda Ackerman, Peter Billingsly, and last, but certainly not least, the adorable Kristen Bell. If you get an opportunity, you should check out the November issue of Playboy Magazine. There is a pictorial there with Gilles Marini and a model, and although they are both clothed, it’s hot. I think any model in that position would take a major pay cut to shoot those pictures. I would have done them for a bucket of chicken and a freezie pop. Leona Lewis Assaulted @ Booksigning

Leona Lewis was at Waterstone’s in central London promoting her new book Dreams when a man assaulted her. What a lunatic! I hope Leona is okay. Scotland Yard says that Leona was not badly injured nor did she require hospitalization. Her rep said: “Leona was a victim of an unprovoked attack this afternoon at her book singing. “The police were called immediately and medical attention has been sought. “Leona’s understandably badly shaken and apologises to the fans she was unable to meet and complete signings for” An unidentified man is still in custody. I’m sure her fans will be understanding of this.

George Clooney is the Fantastic Mr. Fox

George Clooney along with Jarvis Cocker and Bill Murray attend The Times BFI London Film Festival for the Fantastic Mr Fox press conference and photocall held at the Dorcester hotel in London, England. Adam Lambert @ AMA Nominations

Adam Lambert, Paula Abdul and Snoop Dog are at the Beverly Hills Hotel to announce the nominations for the November 22nd American Music Awards. Taylor Swift, Eminem and Michael Jackson lead the nomination with 6, 5 and 4 nominations respectively. Taylor is nominated in the same category as Beyonce for Favourite Female Artist. Call me Kreskin, but methinks Kanye isn’t going to be invited to this ceremony. The winners are determined by online voting and you can choose your favourites here. Some of the performers announced are Black Eyed Peas, Jennifer Lopez, Alicia Keys, and Adam Lambert. Adam will be debuting material from his new album. Mel Gibson Flashes His Beaver @ Rockefeller Centre

These pictures are hysterical. I love Cherry Jones in the background smiling while Mel Gibson has a Beaver puppet on his hand. The movie, interestingly enough called ‘The Beaver’ is about a man who walks around with a Beaver puppet on his hand treating it like a living creature. The movie is directed by Jodie Foster. I don’t know about this one.

DWTS' Donny Osmond & Kym Johnson Shake It Up

Dancing With The Stars’ Donny Osmond and Kym Johnson create milkshakes at Millions Of Milkshakes last night where they attracted a huge crowd! Donny’s milkshake is called Donny’s Decadence and it includes all of his favourite treats: vanilla ice cream, chocolate chips, almonds, and caramel sauce topped off with a Kit Kat bar. I bet they never provide the caloric or fat content of these babies. Then again, why bother knowing, it would only ruin the experience. Kym Johnson’s shake is called “Java Jive” and it includes a little caffeine kick to keep her jive grooving. Her ingredients: vanilla ice cream, coffee, and a crushed Kit Kat bar. Then they created a joint milkshake called “The Tango Fruit Twist“. Ingredienst include vanilla ice cream, strawberries, peaches, raspberries,and mandarin oranges. Is it too early for chocolate and ice cream talk? Donny’s beautiful wife Debbie Osmond was also there. You know, I have to be honest in that I couldn’t get into Marie Osmond when she was on DWTS, and I wondered about Donny, but I have to say I really like him being on the show. I think he’s done amazingly well given his age (not that he’s old) and I really like Kym Johnson and it would be great if she won the disco trophy ball. Who do you think will win this season?

Amy Winehouse Admitted To Hospital

Amy Winehouse sang back-up vocals for goddaughter Dionne Bromfield on the U.K.’s Strictly Come Dancing over the weekend and was taken to the hospital immediately afterwards complaining of breast pain. A source told Britain’s Daily Mirror: “Amy started shouting, ‘I need to see someone, my boobs are f**king killing me.’ “The doctors ordered her to stay overnight to make sure everything was OK. She only had her breasts lifted a few days ago and she should have been resting to let them heal instead of running around town.” Amy’s goddaughter apparently rocked the crowd when she performed and is considered to have a very promising singing career ahead of her. Amy has helped her by paying for a top-notch vocal coach as well as signing her to Lioness records. Dionne is coming out with her own album Introducing Dionne Bromfield and it is expected to do very well.

Robert Pattinson & Hugh Jackman Sing Drunk Karaoke

Robert Pattinson and Hugh Jackman are set to star in Unbound Captives together and to bond beforehand they decided to do some drunk karaoke: “We went karaoke singing,” he laughs. “We were singing Abba songs, it was pretty funny. It was sort of an Abba song sing-off, you know, last man standing.” Who won? “I think he did, only because he can drink more than me and still sing in tune. He’s a cool guy and I’m really looking forward to that film.” Despite it being almost a year since Twilight has been out, when asked how he is coping with the hysteria and fame he says: “All right, I hope. It’s still sort of new.” “To be honest, I still don’t really understand what’s going on,” he says. “Like yesterday, I was having lunch down the road. We were in this place for a couple of hours and suddenly there was like 400 people outside on the street. Tom Cruise, his stepford wife Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise all hung out at the park this weekend in Cambridge, Mass. along with what looks like Katie`s mom and the programmers they travel with. Imagine how surreal it would be to be at the park and see Tom Cruise and family and a hovering spaceship? Park the craziness aside, and I think Tom Cruise is a fabulous father and husband. Who doesn’t love a little craziness thrown into the mix? Say what you will, he’s still kind of hot.
