Lindsay Lohan Sued By Her Own Leggings Line

Lohan originally sued DNAM Apparel Industries, which manufactured her 6126 leggings line, for $1.1 million for breach of contract. Now the company is countersuing her for $5 million, claiming her "drug addled image" deterred shoppers from buying the pieces. (Or maybe it was just that they were ridiculous-looking.)

Rosh Hashanah Will Overlap With Fashion Week Again

While the CFDA regrets New York Fashion Week's interference with the Jewish holy days, it's kind of like: too bad. "The CFDA greatly respects and understands the importance of this holiday but, given the international calendar of European shows directly after New York, we do not have the option to shift the dates later," the club's memo states. "We realize that the observance of the holiday will impact some in their ability to attend or present shows—but we are asking that everyone please work with us to make this situation work as best as possible."
