The video shows the woman repeatedly punching the victim as many as 20 times as the toddler stands nearby.

The little boy screams "Mommy! Mommy!" while kicking the attacker pleading for her to stop. Meanwhile, a group of people watch the fight, some of them recording it on their phones.

Police said the suspect is Latia Harris, 25.

According to the police complaint, Harris punched the victims several times in the face resulting in "the limited function" of her left eye. She also kicked the victim and threatened to shoot her.

The 27-year-old victim, who also suffered from several contusions and a broken nose, told police that Harris had accused her of spreading rumors about her and her manager at McDonald's.

The attack occurred at around 7 p.m. while Harris was still on duty. She followed the victim outside the fast-food outlet to attack her, police said.

The Salem Police Department is still searching for Harris, who is facing charges of aggravated assault and making terroristic threats. Her last known address, a Salem City Housing Authority complex on Anderson Drive, was vacant, they said.
