Lots of people woke up this morning to find a congratulations email from Shutterfly, except that none of them had anything to celebrate.
What the heck @Shutterfly? I'm pretty sure I've been a customer since 2005 and definitely don't have a "new arrival"
People have turned to Twitter to complain about it.
@Shutterfly Got a "Congratulations on your new arrival" auto-email. What new arrival? & what if I choose not to have kids, or am infertile?

And as you can see, people were not very excited about the surprise email.
Email targeting gone wrong! Thanks @Shutterfly but The only "new arrival" in my life is an order from Sephora.
Customers have also taken it to their Facebook page to complain.
