New York Post Attacks Lawmakers For Wearing Hoodies In Honor Of Trayvon Martin

The backlash is officially underway.

The New York Post's cover today goes after the Democratic state lawmakers who wore hoodies in solidarity with Trayvon Martin at a news conference yesterday, calling them "race hustlers."

The Post's cover is a mark of a backlash against almost universally sympathetic coverage of the slain team. It's also a rather broad charge: By the Post's logic, this means that the other hoodie-wearing famous people like Clay Aiken, Jennifer Granholm, and the entire Miami Heat are also "race hustlers."
