Diem Brown, a frequent competitor on MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge, died this morning at 32 after a long battle with cancer.
Brown had twice recovered from ovarian cancer, with her first diagnosis at age 24, but was diagnosed a third time this summer. Last month she revealed the cancer, which was also in her stomach and colon, had also spread to her liver and lymph nodes, People reported.
A couple days before her death, Brown was still fighting, and tweeted a call out for guidance on her illness.
The Georgia native, who was featured on seven seasons of The Challenge, also founded charity organization MedGift, where medical patients can create a gift registry.
Brown was scheduled for her second of five chemotherapy treatments next week.
"I'll beat cancer again," Brown told Us Weekly on Nov. 7. "I'm a warrior."
