Biden: Obama And I "Aren't Technology Geeks," Assumed Obamacare Site Was Ready To Launch

The vice president said "the pros" told President Obama that HealthCare.gov was "ready to go" seven weeks before launch. "Neither he or I are technology geeks and we assumed it was up and ready to run" for the Oct. 1 rollout, he said.

Biden apologized for the botched rollout and said after President Obama and his daughter tried to access the Affordable Care Act website, "it was clear that I wasn’t getting online.”
