The interviewer was referring to a campaign by the advocacy group J Street telling Netanyahu to put a "border on it," where "it" appears to be Israel. J Street advocates for a two-state solution between the Israelis and Palestinians.
J Street is trying to appeal to younger people with the campaign referencing Beyonce's 2008 hit. But, well...
