Watch An Unmarked Soldier In Crimea Finally Admit That He Is Russian

This video from UkrStream.tv appears to mark the first time that one of the unidentified soldiers swarming the Ukrainian region has identified himself as Russian.

Posted on March 4, 2014, at 6:15 p.m. ET

First, the journalist asked the soldier to identify himself. He smiled and said "I can't."

"We have no identifying insignia."

The reporter asked: Which army are you from? The soldier replied, "You can't guess?"

The journalist said: "My thing isn't to guess." The soldier said: "Our thing is to say nothing."

Finally, the journalist asked: "Are you local?" The soldier started to bite. "Us?"

"We are Russians." BAM.

Then this random guy with a leather jacket showed up and said the soldiers were there protecting Crimea from fascists. "If these soldiers weren't here, they'd be here. Germans! Fascists!" OK.

If you speak Russian, watch the whole video here:
