Earlier this month, Russian cat enthusiasts filled the floor of a gymnasium in Siberia for the semi-annual Novosibirsk Cat Expo. Photographer Grant Slater picked his favorite cats and asked their owners to pose with them. These "cat Olympics" were 2,700 miles from Sochi in the middle of Siberia where it's 60 degrees colder.
