Paula Patton Files For Divorce From Robin Thicke After 9 Years Of Marriage

More than seven months after announcing the couple's separation, Paula Patton filed divorce papers Wednesday in Los Angeles.

Paula Patton filed for divorce from Robin Thicke Wednesday in a Los Angeles courthouse, TMZ reported. Patton is reportedly seeking joint legal and physical custody of their 4-year-old son Julian.

Patton cited "irreconcilable differences" for the divorce and Thicke's rumored infidelities will reportedly not be addressed during the divorce settlement.

In February, the couple announced they were separating. Thicke has tried to get back together with Patton and wrote an album called "Paula."

The couple has been together for 21 years and married for 9 years. Thicke said in 2011 that the couple got married without a prenup, before he achieved major success with the song "Blurred Lines."
