Adult film actor Katrina Danforth was due to appear in court on Friday for allegedly being involved in a murder plot.

Court documents show that Danforth, 31, is being charged with using a telephone to hire a person to kill someone identified only as R.H. in the indictment.

The alleged target was reportedly never harmed.

Danforth's been charged with five counts of using interstate commerce in the commission of murder-for-hire.

Danforth, who was arrested Wednesday at the Spokane International Airport in Washington, could face up to 10 years of imprisonment if convicted.

She could also potentially pay a $250,000 fine for each count against her.

Since 2004, Danforth has appeared in multiple porn films under the name Lynn Pleasant.

Assistant US Attorney James Goeke asked for Danforth to be held in jail without bail because she’s a “serious risk of flight and danger to the community.”

Danforth's federal public defender did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
