Farah Ann Abdul Hadi is a 21-year-old Malaysian gymnast.
Last week, she won gold in the women's floor exercise final at the SEA Games. Afterward, a Malaysian TV channel uploaded this photo of her, which has since been removed.
Hadi quickly began receiving criticism from online commenters for showing her "aurat" or "private areas," which according to Muslim belief should remain covered.

However, the post was soon overrun with support for Hadi, congratulating her on her win.
Hadi's supporters have also made a Facebook page and the hashtag #FARAHnatics. On Monday Hadi posted on the page thanking the 18,000 supporters for their encouragement.
