Here's What An Animated Font Looks Like

Everything is a title sequence! Now someone figure out a way to get this to work in Word.

The Animography site explains how these "typefaces" work:

Our animated typefaces are Adobe After Effects files with each glyph in a separate composition. A controller-composition serves as a central point from which you can customize all the glyphs in one go.

In other words, they're a super-easy way for a motion graphics artist to create fancy text effects for a title sequence or logo splash without the need to animate each letter individually.

Imagine if you could drop these into normal text editing apps, though! It would be unbelievably tacky and quickly tiresome, sure. But also sort of amazing.
