L.A. Noire, the 2011 sandbox murder mystery set in a 1940s, Raymond Chandler-and-Chinatown-inspired City of Angels, became famous for its use of MotionScan. That facial-motion capture tech, built by the Australian company Depth Analysis, enabled developers Team Bondi to depict in the game world in unprecedented detail the fine facial movements of a strong cast of actors, including Vincent Kartheiser and Aaron Stanton of Mad Men fame. Those actors, like any actors, made bloopers. And now, thanks to Depth Analysis, those bloopers exist in L.A. Noire, at least in this video.
