Wednesday night, PIX11 reporter Allison Kaden was doing a live shot about the Eric Garner grand jury decision near Rockefeller Center when a couple decided to photobomb her.
After walking on camera, the couple proceeded to mimic a chokehold, with the man wrapping his arms around the woman's neck from behind.
The gesture looked a lot like the chokehold that Officer Daniel Pantaleo used on Eric Garner.
The woman also appeared to do the "hands up" gesture at one point.
