Two Men Posed As Mormon Missionaries And Allegedly Robbed A Man In Las Vegas

Police say the suspects spoke with the victim for five minutes before attacking him.

Police are searching for two men who dressed as Mormon missionaries and allegedly robbed a man at gunpoint in Las Vegas.

The suspects, two men dressed in white shirts and ties, contacted a man near Flamingo Road and Buffalo Drive on June 27 at about 6 p.m., according to Las Vegas police. The men talked with the victim for about five minutes before jumping him and punching him, police said. They then allegedly demanded unspecified property from him at gunpoint and fled.

Police described the suspects as a black male in his mid-twenties who was between 5'10" and 6'1" and 190-210 lbs. and a white male in his mid-twenties who was between 5'7" and 5'8" and 130-145 lbs.
