Heavy rain in San Antoion, Texas, led to massive flooding Sunday.
The San Antonio Fire Department said it conducted more than 235 flood-related rescues.
At least two have died.
The National Weather Service told USA Today the flash flood threat would continue until late Sunday morning.
As much as 15.5 inches or rain were recorded in some parts of the city.
An evacuation order was issued Saturday for those living near the San Antonio River.
