A man was shot in the back of the head at St. James Catholic Church in Ogden, Utah, Sunday.
Ogden is about a 40 minute drive north of Salt Lake City.
Parishioner says she heard one gunshot during the 11:30am mass. "It echoed all over," she said. Everyone went down on the floor.

Police say the suspect is Charles Jennings Jr., and they do not believe it was a random act of violence.

Police said the suspect held a man at gunpoint and stole his vehicle, believed to be a white 1996 GMC truck license plate 584UTV.
Police say when Jennings left church he held another man @ gunpoint and stole his white truck. Again, plate # is 584UTV.

Update: The suspect has been taken into custody. The victim is listed in critical but stable condition, according to the Associated Press.
