Tim Proffit, Rand Paul's Bourbon County Coordinator, has been identified as the man who pulled MoveOn.org's Lauren Valle to the ground and stomped on her head and neck where her head and neck were stomped on by other thugs at a Rand Paul rally in Kentucky. I'm guessing that "Don't Tread On Me" pin he's wearing is ironic?
