Ginuwine And Real Housewife Claudia Jordan Say They Got Kicked Out Of A Mall For Wearing Sunglasses

Jordan believes it to be a case of racial profiling.

On Friday Real Housewives of Atlanta star Claudia Jordan posted two Instagram videos in which she claimed that she and musician Ginuwine were kicked out of Auburn Mall in Alabama for refusing to remove her sunglasses.

Jordan wrote on her Instagram that very soon after entering the mall, a white security guard began following her demanding she remove her sunglasses.

When she refused she says the security guard called a black guard to "handle" them.

Jordan and Ginuwine, both of whom are African American, can be seen in the videos being escorted out of the mall flanked by security guards.

BuzzFeed News has reached out to Auburn Mall for comment.

Jordan says that as they were being escorted out she saw two white women and a white man wearing sunglasses, none of whom were approached by security guards.

"Never go to the Auburn Mall if you're a minority and you chose to wear sun glasses, Clearly it's against the law if you are black," Jordan wrote. "Please do NOT tell me racism is dead."

Jordan also released a series of tweets tagging Auburn Mall and talking about her experience.

shop at >> @VillageMallAU but after such a HUGE deal was made drawing a crowd and embarrassing my party-I would NEVER encourage anyone to

white patrons at the @VillageMallAU mall wearing sunglasses and NOT ONE POLICE officer or mall security guard HARASSED them like they did us

They'd never get a dollar from me. Our entire party was well off & looking forward to our lil mall trip. We got the hell outta there

Jordan was in Opelika, Alabama with Ginuwine to host a concert and party as part of his tour.

Despite what happened at the mall today with me, @Ginuwine and the crew-we are STILL going to have an amazing time tonight at the show!
