In case you weren't aware, Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are currently awaiting the birth of their fourth child.
Over the weekend, fans became convinced that the baby had arrived after Kardashian West shared a screenshot of a text from her husband that referenced the fact she's "married with four kids".

Kardashian West, however, swiftly shut down the speculation, saying that baby number four had not been born.
But now it seems that the wait is almost over, with Kourtney Kardashian announcing during a live appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that her sister's surrogate is in labour.
The whole thing went down after Kris Jenner was surprised during a Mother's Day special when Kourtney Kardashian came on the show with six of Jenner's grandchildren: North, Saint, Chicago, Mason, Penelope, and Reign.
Once they took their places on the sofa, and as Reign yelled uncontrollably, Kourtney Kardashian revealed that Kardashian West was supposed to be there but had to drop out at the last minute.
"My mom doesn't even know this," Kardashian continued, "but Kim's surrogate went into labour, so she's at the hospital."
Jenner, looking genuinely surprised, said: "No! What are we even doing sitting here?!"
Kardashian then said: "Nobody knows, so everyone in the audience, don't tell!"
So it looks as if it's only a matter of time before the fourth Baby West makes his appearance!
