<p>In the most basic terms, the state senate leader has just stripped the rights from 2.2 million Wisconsin people by barring their elected representatives from voting. Is this legal? Lawyers and lynch mobs <a href="http://www.forwardlookout.com/2011/03/can-they-really-hold-senators-in-contempt/9616" target="_blank">say no.</a></p>
