The Twitter account belonging to Martin Shkreli, the former hedge fund manager and pharmacy CEO now facing fraud charges, appeared to have been hacked on Sunday afternoon.
"Fuck da fbi u know they can't touch a god like meh [sic]," read one of the tweets posted around 1:20 p.m. ET.
Shkreli, who resigned Friday as CEO of Turing Pharmaceuticals, was charged Thursday with securities fraud.
He has said on Twitter that the allegations against him are baseless and without merit.
