This Twitter Account Is A Seven-Year Joke And Is Basically Just Perfect
#gettingthehangofthis
Things move fast on Twitter. And when it comes to comedy, the half-life of many well-placed Twitter jokes can be mere minutes (though many of the great tweets endure), which is why @jpbimmer's 74-follower account feels so... important.
The account, which started back in February 2008, tweets once every year and might be one of the most reliable story arcs. No gimmicks; just a man trying to figure out Twitter like the rest of us. A seven-year joke, and one that feels especially apt in recent days.
