Anyone who's used the internet has stumbled across CAPTCHA — the at times impossible challenge-response test that verifies you're a human and not a pesky bot. While it's a useful bit of security and some, like reCAPTCHA, even help to digitize old books and bits of text, CAPTCHAs are still the subject of scorn for many and developer Thomas Park's inspiration for CRAPCHA (Completely Ridiculous And Phony Captcha that Hassles for Amusement), a fake CAPTCHA test that's almost believable.

Designed to bewilder and frustrate, Park's indecipherable CRAPCHAs have been embedded into various sites with the results posted on Park's site in real time for your viewing pleasure.
