Gov. Haley and Sens. Lindsey Graham and Tim Scott [called for the removal of a Confederate flag](http://www.buzzfeed.com/buzzfeednews/community-leaders-call-for-removal-of-confederate-flags-from) that flies at the South Carolina Capitol grounds. Haley said that while some people view the flag as a symbol of noble tradition, others find the flag an offensive symbol of a brutal past and that it “does not represent the future of our great state.” The suspect in the Charleston shooting massacre was seen in photos carrying the flag. Haley, a Republican, previously stated that the flag was not an issue.

Justice Kagan alluded to the webcrawler no fewer than four times in Kimble v. Marvel Entertainment, a case that posed "a serious legal and policy question about the ability of patent holders to extract license fees after the expiration of the underlying patent that led to the fees,"[according to Matthew Yglesias at Vox](http://www.vox.com/2015/6/22/8823779/kimble-marvel-spiderman-jokes). It had to do with Spider-Man merchandise, so Kagan dropped some Spidey knowledge. "With great power comes great responsibility": a good lesson for Supreme Court justices and superheroes alike.
