The GOPAC Tapes

The GOPAC tapes were a part of series of instructional and motivational tapes put by Newt Gingrich's leadership group for Republican candidates across the country in the 80s and early 90s. The tapes, according to the controversial GOPAC memo, helped candidates who wanted to "speak like Newt."
