Elizabeth Emken is a Republican congressional candidate for California's 7th Congressional District. The seat is currently held by Democrat Rep. Ami Bera. She also ran for Senate in 2012, losing to Dianne Feinstein.
Googling her website brings up spam such as "authentic cheap Nike shoes" and "Tumi Outlet — Online Store New Handbags And Bags." The text appears to be complete gibberish. Some of the spam was taken down after BuzzFeed inquired about it.
An email to her spokesman was not immediately returned.
