Good Morning America: Is Obamacare President Obama's Hurricane Katrina?

On Friday, ABC's Good Morning America asked if Obamacare was President Obama's Hurricane Katrina moment.

For this, host George Stephanopoulos turned to Matthew Dowd, a former advisor to President George W. Bush.

Dowd said Hurricane Katrina was a different scenario, but said that president wouldn't recover from this low point in his presidency.

A month after Hurricane Katrina, President Bush's approval rating stood at 41% according to the Gallup poll. On Friday, President Obama's approval stood at 42% according to Gallup.
