This movie probably should've been titled Christopher Robin Has The Audience Sobbin' because the trailer alone will give you the most complex of feels. When a grown-up Christopher Robin (Ewan McGregor) has lost his way and forgotten what's most important in life, his silly old bear, Winnie the Pooh (along with his pals) must go on a journey to remind him. Seriously, you WILL cry. Pack tissues.

Someone's been reading my diary, seriously, because this cast is my favorite thing that's ever happened. Anyway, the movie follows Audrey (Mila Kunis) and Morgan (the love of my life, Kate McKinnon), two besties who end up in the middle of an international conspiracy after Audrey discovers her most recent ex-boyfriend is a spy. Crazy, silly, dangerous adventures ensue! Also, KATE MCKINNON.

Okay. Hear me out. Does this look ridiculous? Yes...RIDICULOUSLY FUN. A deep-sea submersible is left immobile after a gigantic creature attacks it, and the entire crew is left stranded and defenseless at the bottom of the Pacific ocean. Only one man can save them, rescue diver Jonas Taylor (Jason Statham), but time is quickly running out. Absolutely nothing says "summertime" more than a goofy action/adventure film packed with giant sharks, insane special FX, and Jason Statham.

Mark my words right now: Amandla Stenberg is going to go down in history as one of the best actors of our generation. In this film, teenagers around the world begin to mysteriously develop strange powers, and are immediately deemed "a threat." Thus, the teens are rounded-up and contained by the government. Ruby (Stenberg) manages to escape her captors and joins a runaway squad of powerful teens hell-bent on achieving justice for those like them.

Based on a true story, Spike Lee's newest film follows the first black man to serve in the Colorado Springs Police Department, Ron Stallworth (John David Washington, son of the one and only Denzel Washington). When Stallworth decides his first order of business should be to infiltrate and unmask the Klu Klux Klan, he recruits Jewish officer Flip Zimmerman (Adam Driver). The two work together, using Stallworth as the voice and Zimmerman as the face of the operation to bring justice to 1970's Colorado.

We all love dogs (no exceptions), and this film is positively FULL of good boys and girls. Oh yeah, and the human cast isn't too shabby either, consisting of Vanessa Hudgens, Nina Dobrev, and Finn Wolfhard. This heartwarming comedy follows some sweet pups around Los Angeles, showcasing how they challenge and enhance their respective owners' lives. Have I mentioned THERE ARE DOGS IN IT?!

So, I attended a preview screening of this film back in the spring and IMMEDIATELY became obsessed with it. When Rachel Chu (Constance Wu) accompanies her hunky, mysterious boyfriend Nick Young (Henry Golding), back to his home in Singapore to meet his family, she finds out that he's CRAZY RICH...and also that she's not exactly his mother's first choice for his girlfriend (relatable). The ensemble cast in this film is unbelievable and, overall, it's just wonderful. Go see it. I truly believe it's here to revive the classic rom-com!

Have you ever watched a Muppet movie and thought, "Hey, where's all the sex, drugs, and homicides? When will someone make a movie for me?" WELL, DO I HAVE GREAT NEWS FOR YOU. This R-rated film follows two detectives, one human (Melissa McCarthy), and one puppet, as they attempt to solve a brutal murder involving characters from a popular TV show. As if that's not wild enough, the film was directed by Brian Henson, Jim Henson's son, and was actually produced, in part, by The Jim Henson Company. We live in a crazy world, what can I say?
