It stars a lot of amazing women, like Pink, Ellen Degeneres, Queen Latifa, Katy Perry, Sofia Vergara and Janelle Monae.
"Girls can't. Sometimes you hear it, but more often you feel it," says Ellen. "Girls can't rock. Girls can't be strong. Girls can't be funny. Girls can't rap"
"Yeah, girls can."
"Rap. Be funny. Be off the wall. Rock. Be strong. Run the show."
But of course, it's still just an advertisement for beauty products.
