Earlier today, HBO announced that it would be making its streaming service available online to people who did not have cable.
Looks like it's time to cancel my cable now lol
Which gave many people an idea.
I cannot WAIT to cancel my cable subscription and watch all my shows through the Internet. HBO is blazing this path forward.

If you try to cancel your basic cable on the day HBO begins streaming its streaming service in 2015, beware that you will be on the phone for a VERY long time.

HBO Go is about to be available without cable/satellite subscriptions next year. So I'm super pumped about canceling everything but HBO

We don't know the cost, when shows will be aired, or even if it'll resemble anything like HBO Go, yet everyone's apparently canceling cable.
