Two men arrested in Austria several days ago are being investigated for possible links to last month's terror attacks in Paris which left 130 people dead.
Austrian state prosecutor Robert Holzleitner said the two men were arrested in a migrants' shelter in Salzburg over the weekend, AP reported.
He said the pair were suspected of "participation in a terrorist organization" and investigations would focus on their possible connection to the Nov. 13 attacks.
Holzleitner said the suspects travelled to Europe from the Middle East but refused to provide further information.
On Nov. 13 three teams of attackers carried out the attacks in Paris. Seven assailants were killed, with some dying after detonating bombs.
Alleged attack ringleader Abdelhamid Abaaoud was later killed during a seven-hour raid on the Paris suburb of Saint-Denis.
Several other arrests have been made in France and Belgium in connection with the attacks. ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attacks.
