Never Forget Jon Stewart’s Greatest Smackdown Against Climate Change Deniers

Sen. Bocshon, a member of the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology said he ~could~ read the scientific literature if he wanted, but he wouldn't believe it anyway.

The very serious problem with this argument is that much of the ice that we are worried about is on LAND.

Never Forget Jon Stewart’s Greatest Smackdown Against Climate Change Deniers

Back in September 2014, Jon Stewart was frustrated by congress's distrust of climate science.

The most alarming moment was when Rep. Stockman suggested that melting ice doesn't cause sea level to rise because it's "just displacement."

Jon was visibly shocked.

So Jon showed what was wrong with the congressman's argument with an actual glass of ice water.
