This Artist Transformed A NYC Subway Station Into A Tunnel Of Love

Ruvan plastered photos of couples kissing all over a tunnel wall to add some love to the grimy subway.

On Valentine's Day, the tunnel between 6th and 7th avenue in the 14th street Manhattan subway station become a shrine to love. Mostly black and white photos of kissing couples covered the walls and signs urged passers by to take one for themselves.

"It has been a dream of mine for years to plaster this annoying and unattractive walkway with photos of flowers and hundreds of pictures of people kissing," Ruvan said on a Facebook page made to crowdsource help for the project.

Ruval also encouraged people to share pictures of his project with the hashtag #LoveTunnelNYC

I love love, #NYC and you too. #lovetunnelnyc
