Jenan Moussa, with Arabic Al Aan TV, live-tweeted the battle for Kobani between ISIS and Kurdish forces on Monday.
A Kurdish activist confirmed Monday that ISIS had entered Kobani from both east and west.
Moussa said that contrary to reports of coalition airstrikes targeting ISIS fighters, there were no strikes seen or heard today.
Two ISIS flags and five fighters were spotted on a hill in Kobani.
Kurdish forces evacuated the last of civilians out of Kobani but Moussa reported that some people were still stuck in the city.

A Kurdish fighter told CNN that the Islamic militants had taken control of the southwest corner of the besieged city, which is located near Turkey's border.
Fierce clashes have reportedly broken out between Kurdish forces and ISIS fighters as the extremist group attempted to take control of Kobani.
Kurdish fighters are using snipers to repel the ISIS attack. They destroyed an ISIS tank in the east of Kobani, CNN reported.

The attack on Kobani comes a day after Turkish lawmakers voted to give the government power to order military incursions against ISIS in Iraq and Syria.

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said Friday that Turkey would do what it can to prevent Kobani from falling to ISIS insurgents. "We wouldn't want Kobani to fall," he said.
