Lawyers for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev argued Monday that the jury should be shown the entire boat in which the accused bomber was found hiding during the April 2013 manhunt.

At a hearing Monday to address outstanding motions before opening statements in the Boston Marathon bombing case, lawyers for defendant Dzhokhar Tsarnaev argued that the entire boat that the accused bomber was found hiding in should be shown to the jury.

Prosecutors argue that panels from the boat should provide sufficient evidence for the jury.

The judge said he will view the boat before making a decision.
