The U.S. House of Representatives voted 231-192 in favor of delaying the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and repealing a tax on medical devices early Sunday morning. Two Democrats voted yes while two Republicans voted no. It was the 43rd vote to defeat the Affordable Care Act.
