The Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market is the first U.S. incursion of Tesco, the enormous U.K. shopping brand. Their angle: Cheap, organic, ready-to-eat meals and bare-bones stores with wider aisles, lower shelves and self-serve checkouts.
